HR Manager Volunteer


Experienced HR Manager responsible for job design, recruitment, and workplace safety initiatives to work with People Power Services.   If you are looking to work with a small heart driven organization creating massive positive change we would be delighted to hear from you. People Power Services (PPS) is a multicultural social enterprise which offers commercial, residential and bond cleaning services, to local government, businesses and community organisations within Greater Brisbane. Added to that, PPS as an approved family day care and initiated its application to run family day care service.    


Our awesome HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee / volunteer-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Your role of HR Manager is critical to the charities success. People are an important asset and you’ll be fundamental to the success of creating a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize the Packs established mission and objectives. Promoting our values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the HR Manager job position. We are at Grass roots level, which means together we are creating & establishing every level of this organisation.

  •          National Police Certificate

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the charity.
